July, 2007 - Shane Turner announces he is relocating his family and race team to Indianapolis, Indiana.  That's right folks, Shane Turner Racing will now be racing in Division 3 competition.  JE Pistons and Performance Motorsports Inc., the company Shane works for, has promoted Shane to "Regional Account Manager".  Shane's company will be relocating him and his family to Indiana and Shane will be working in the Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois areas.  This was a big and very difficult decision for Shane and his family but they all felt it was for the better.  They will be relocating in September of this year.  We will bring you more information as it happens.

May, 2007 - Team STR unable to compete at Fontana Division 7 event.  Shane injured his right ankle pretty bad while working on the K&N Filters Dragster and was unable to drive the racecar.  Dr.'s say after a few weeks of healing the ankle Shane should be able to drive at the next event, May 19-20 at Fontana.

April, 2007 - Team STR welcomes a new team Sponsor, California Homes Roofing.

March, 2007 - Team STR press release "What's new for 2007" featured in March issue of National Dragster.
